“We loved our stay here!”
We loved our stay here! The one bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. All the amenities seemed spotless and luxurious. Staff were so kind and even helped us make a reservation at a local restaurant. The location is also nice because it’s close to a lot of the restaurants and you can look down at the beautiful view from the hill.

“Exceptional Stay with Flawless Service”
Our stay at Hotel Fenix in Furano was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We arrived quite late and found there were no parking spaces left, but the staff immediately stepped in to help. They took care of the situation and even carried our luggage all the way up to our room, which was incredibly appreciated after a long journey. The room itself was flawless. I am highly sensitive to dust and normally wear slippers everywhere (even in my own home!), but the floors here were so immaculately clean that I felt completely comfortable walking around barefoot. To top it off, the room was already set to the perfect temperature when we walked in. It was a truly perfect stay. Highly recommend!

“I would 100% return to Fenix Furano this time of year.”
Our family had a wonderful stay at Fenix Furano. We stayed in a two bedroom and one bathroom apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious for family of 4. The washer/dryer combo was very useful for our long travel trip. The room had a balcony with beautiful view of the city. Breakfast buffet had moderate quantity and healthy choices. Breakfast room was small yet their staff was attentive, standing and waiting to help us. This hotel will be a great accomodation for skiers since it is right in front of the gondola base. We appreciate their kindness to accommodate our early check in request. We lost our driver license and couldn't arrive on a rental car as planned. We had to take the Lavender Express so we arrive much earlier. Being able to check in and rest truly made our day better. We highly recommend this hotel.

“Awesome stay in Furano”
We stayed at Fenix Furano for 3 nights and had a really enjoyable experience. The location was excellent! Close to the ski lifts, restaurants, and convenience stores, so getting around was easy even without a car.
The 3 Bedroom Premier Suite that we stayed at was modern, clean, and well-equipped. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer made a big difference, especially after spending the day outdoors. The beds were comfortable, and the large windows gave us a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
What stood out most was how responsive and helpful the staff were. They answered our questions quickly and made the check-in process smooth from start to finish.
Overall, Fenix Furano is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a spacious, modern place to stay in Furano. We'd definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

“Already Planning My Next Stay”
Absolutely loved my stay at Fenix Furano! 🤍 The interiors are so stylish and cozy—it honestly felt like staying in a beautifully designed apartment rather than a hotel. The room was super spacious and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washer/dryer and even a coffee machine, which made our stay so convenient.
The location is amazing, especially if you're visiting during ski season since the ski lift is literally right across the hotel. I can only imagine how perfect it would be in winter! Even in the off-season, the mountain views were stunning and the atmosphere was so peaceful.
The staff were warm, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. If you're planning a trip to Furano and want somewhere modern, comfortable, and great for both short and long stays, I'd definitely recommend Fenix Furano. Can't wait to come back!

“We enjoyed the hospitality and the service”
Very nice hotel with amazing service, the hotel is equipped with facilities that is comprehensive for the guests. We were very impressed with Amber Chen who went out of her way to assist us with our needs to ensure that we had a pleasant stay, taking care of every details. Charles is very pleasant to help us in getting us a chopping board to cut the melon, enabling us enjoy the fruit.. our stay has been very pleasant and we enjoyed the hospitality and the service.

“We had a fabulous and luxurious stay here”
We had a fabulous and luxurious stay here at Fenix Furano, all amenities were true as advertised and right next to the Gondola station was a real plus. Hotel is new, modern and well‐maintained. Reception Staff were friendly and professional and showed where Ski lockers were and what times Gondola station would open next morning and even gave weather and trail conditions report. Breakfast was western fare and very filling.
