Absolutely wonderful stay at the Fenix Furano. Yvonne, Jem and the team (Jack, Nic, Tyler and Niamh) made us feel so much at home with wonderful recommendations for food and sights. The rooms are gorgeous with a stunning view of the slopes totally blanketed in snow and definitely a place that we will go back to again the next time we are in Furano.

“Most impressive, however, was the service.”
We stayed for 5 nights in the early part of the ski season and loved our time at Fenix Furano. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable and amenities all very up-to-date. Most impressive, however, was the service. The front desk helped arrange bookings for meals in Furano town as well as book our shuttle rides (all-inclusive) to all the places we wanted and needed to get to. All the staff made us feel extremely welcomed. A special mention to Tyler and Jonah who literally went the extra mile for me and my partner as shuttle drivers - taking us to and from destinations around the accommodation with care, professionalism and warmth! Thank you Fenix Furano staff for making our stay so comfortable. We will be back! :)

“I would 100% return to Fenix Furano this time of year.”
We were not sure what to expect from Furano and were blown away by the accommodations at Fenix. The staff were super friendly and spoke fluent English. The room was far nicer and more luxurious that expected. We had a suite with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room/kitchen area, which is tough to find in a hotel. We added breakfast to our stay and it alternated between western and Japanese style each day. Both were quite yummy and filling and they accommodated a gluten allergy. We ended up staying an extra day and that was easy to arrange. We stayed in early September which is off season so the hotel was most empty and in sure that made a difference. Weather was beautiful and I would 100% return to Fenix Furano this time of year.

“Beautiful rooms with a Mountain View.”
Very comfortable hotel. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed sitting in balcony in the mornings to drink my coffee and in the evenings to view the beautiful mountains. Peaceful setting. The bed and shower were comfortable. Plenty of parking. The staff were wonderful. Great location to visit many sites in Furano, Biei and Mount Asahidake. We truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will plan on returning.

“Great choice for family and group of friends”
We rented a 3-bedroom unit for 5 people, unquestionably our favorite hotel of the trip. The rooms are new and spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Furano, no matter the season.

Love the location and seamless experience I had at the check in/out process. I was there in summer but can imagine how close it would be to the slopes in winter! Definitely a hotel I will return in ski season! Beautiful room and great view from the balcony.

“Loved our stay at Fenix!”
Loved our stay at Fenix, reluctant to leave a review as I hope there will be accommodation available for us to book next year. All staff were very friendly location amazing with the rental store next door. Shuttle service is a big plus to ferry us into town for eating experiences out of the norm. Special shout out for Will who was very helpful whist we were there. Hope to see you again next year. 🤩
